It's a huge honor to help others free their minds from stress, as a performing artist and yoga teacher. Allowing more truth, inner strength and balance into your life is my intention to help you achieve.
I believe that yoga is a holistic practice that can boost our connection to our emotional and spiritual energy, as well as maximize our abilities to move & release tension; finding balance in life and becoming our best selves. I approach yoga as a tool for self-discovery, personal growth through Chakra Connection and healing.
Best known for transformative & comedic roles as Grandma from "Appetite for Tea", at film festivals in leading roles as Onstar Voice in "She Grinds Exceeding Small" and The Woman in Mick's web series "I'll tell the kids you said hi" which won 'Best Web series' at the Dublin International Comedy Film Festival.
My history of allergic reactions to foods containing preservatives, unnatural additives, gluten and dairy has led me to a passion for sharing the benefits of living an all-natural lifestyle.

This is my calling! As I dive deeper into the different yoga practices, my heart yearns to share this self-healing awareness with others. Along with my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, I incorporate my background in the Unity Worldwide movement, massage and musical expression into my classes. My intention is to help others find relief from the stresses of life through the power of yoga in all of its forms. It's my honor to guide you on this transformative journey! In short, flow with intention to fun and inspiring music, let go of stress & tension, find balance within, and gain relief from aches & pains. I look forward to flowing with you!
Vinyasa is a flowing, energizing yoga practice encouraging conscious awareness of breath and alignment, letting the breath initiate and guide the flow of movement from one asana to another. Build strength, improve physical and mental balance and flexibility. Modifications offered to suit all levels of student's needs.
Gently explore and tune into the body with a meditative frame of mind while increasing flexibility, strength, balance and well-being. You’ll finish feeling calm and refreshed without breaking a sweat. Suitable for everyone.
This grounding gentle practice uses props to support the body into restoration. You’ll finish feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Online incorporates the use of toning bowl and guided meditation to enhance relaxation. In person also includes the use of essential oils if desired.
Start with an all levels Vinyasa practice to get the body moving before settling into the restorative portion of class using props to support the body into ultimate relaxation.
Practice anywhere via Zoom. Contact me for availability and if you have a group!
