A non-intimidating 60-minute yoga class, you’ll leave feeling calm and refreshed without breaking a sweat. This grounding practice allows the body a chance to let go of muscle tension and stress through stretching and held poses. Props may be used to support the body, and essential oils to enhance relaxation.

The best of both worlds. This 75 minute session starts with an active vinyasa flow, builds strength & balance and ends with a juicy restorative, relaxing and lengthening practice.
This is a great class for students who are new to yoga or anyone looking to refine their practice. You’ll learn the lingo and get detailed instruction on all things yoga. Andrea will focus on proper alignment and help you to set up a safe foundation to build your practice.
